I met up with actor Andy Ewart in an interview that will be used as a verbatim body in my future work.

Week 3 of rehearsing Andy's monologue using verbatim. In this video I go through the process of embodying the spirit of Andy. By analyzing his interview and noting his characteristics i start to piece together the Andy I am trying to create for the short film

In week 2 of my rehearsals of Being in the 10%, I sat down with June Scott a fellow practitioner on my course to work on Andy's monologue. She has had previous experience with verbatim in her degree and she knows Andy personally so she knows his characteristics really well. I recorded to full session to analyze how far I have come within my performance and to help with reflection within my essay.

I sat down with practitioner Ed Jones and creator of the theatre company Most Wanted to talk about theatre, working class history and representation in the industry.
